Primary domain change causing suspension

Let me get to the point directly, I first used x10 for hosting with my .co.cc domain thesdvalumni.co.cc in which I also had a subdomain t.thesdvalumni.co.cc using subdomains in cpanel. Recently i decided to quit usind thesdvalumni.co.cc and found an option in the account panel to change the domain. I changed thesdvalumni.co.cc to thereal.pcriot.com and it seems that the transfer has been made. But the Problem is when ever accessing threal.pcriot.com it says the account is suspended. However, the account panel shows no such thing and is fully active. This is also the condition for an addon domain I've added with this account which is the.db.hk . thesdvalumni.co.cc shows a 504 and its natural because there is no record of it in your servers. This confirms the fact that the domain change has been successful. Please respond to me immediately.

1. The system shows you still have tweet.thesdvalumni.co.cc as a subdomain. Not sure if that is part of the problem, but if you do not have the rights to thesdvalumni.co.cc , you should not have that as a subdomain.

2. The system does show you unsuspended but your account (the account is what is suspended, not a specific site ) does display the x10 suspended page. Escalating this to Staff so they can sort this out. This will close the thread. You can access your Support Ticket via the yellow bar at the top of this thread or through the Account Panel.
