Do I have to have an x10hosting subdomain included in my main domain in order for it to work? I have tried everything to use a domain I want but it never works until I add the x10hosting subdomain then it will direct me to my index. Also how do I set it up to require me to add /index to take me to the index page instead of the index being my homepage?
