I had purchased a Prime upgrade for my free account, and it still has 'Prime' at the top of the cPanel, but I have received a couple of inactivity notices. I thought that the Prime upgrade may have expired but when I try to purchase an upgrade I get a blank screen at "https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade".

Can I tell if my account is still 'Prime'? And can someone check the web page to purchase the upgrade.

Thanks.

to check the dates of your upgrade
at the very top of the page - after you log-in at [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - you *should* see [ Upgrades and Support ] - Click on that and it takes you to the list of hosting plans available - click on "Learn More" at the hosting plan you have - at this point you *should* see the start and expiration date of your "plan" - at the bottom of the page at [ Upgrade History ]

hi there, I am having the same problem as mgifos, I have paid last month for another year of Prime but just got an "Account Inactivity Final Warning". I have followed your instructions but when I click on "Learn More" I then get a blank page at "https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade".
Is this just a glitch? I don't want to suffer downtime, thanks for any help.

Thanks bdistler. It shows that I have "Free Community Support", so my Prime has probably run-out but, as others have noted, the Upgrade page is currently blank. Hopefully this will be corrected soon.

Regards.

uhm this time I got no warning, just the suspension email.
I do appreciate that by signing in I can "unsuspend" myself (phew!) but I thought that prime accounts didn't get inactivity notices

it even states that I am a prime account right here under my avatar, lol. As I said I do lixe X10 and I don't even mind turning up to unsuspend myself, I am only afraid that one day I might be away for a few days and the sites will suffer downtime, they aren't getting all that much traffic but google did eventually start to include them in their search results so it would be a pity to lose this little bit I have achieved

as a workaround until x10hosting sets the 'new' upgrading software...

after you login at [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]
you *should* see [ Upgrades and Support ] - Click on that - and it takes you to the list of hosting plans available

near the top of that page if you see (the red part) [ Account Support Current support level − Free Community Support ]
your 'Prime' upgrade has expired - and you MUST login at [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - "...at least once every 30 days" (from TOS)
NOTE: cPanel and the forums will still show the 'Prime' tag - and you might OR might not - receive a Email warning of account inactivity or suspension

until x10hosting sets the 'new' software to upgrade your account - you can NOT renew your 'Prime' upgrade

BTW - to make it easy for me to remember - I login each weekend to be sure I stay on the good side of the TOS
