Prime Account Inacctivity

Hello,

I recently received an "Account Inactivity Final Warning" email. Quite a while ago (over a year) I upgraded to a prime account, which I thought was supposed to remove the account activity requirement. I see now that prime can only be purchased in one year units, but I seem to remember that not being the case. It still says that my account is "Prime" in the upper left hand corner on my Cpanel page.
1. Can you confirm how much (if any) more time my account has left at prime.
2. If there is a balance, can you confirm why I received this notice?

Prime was always timelimited. You could buy it for one month, three months or a year at a time.

Looks like your last purchase of prime expired in September 2013. From what I can see the system see you as having a standard account for all parts but the cPanel level, which I have corrected now.
