Prime Account Upgrade - Confusion :S

I upgrade my account to Prime (http://i.imgur.com/r1XDKez.png) a while ago and got all the extra perks but I think their might be some little bugs here and there.

When I go to the email portal or switch to cPanel x3 it shows me in the Cpanel title my that it's Prime Account: http://i.imgur.com/PlCGgC7.png / http://i.imgur.com/oE3ovmy.png

But on any other page it shows me it as cPanel Basic: http://i.imgur.com/XJHCYDw.png

Also I don't know if the Prime Upgrade is the same thing as on the forum but shouldn't i have the Prime Account badge like some other users have? http://i.imgur.com/Ma7JZox.png

Hello iSean,

We offer two separate control panels on free hosting currently - the "cPanel x3" and the "x10Hosting Basic" control panels. Whether the title says "x10Hosting Basic" or not is not dependent on what service you have: it is the name of the control panel, as "x10Hosting Basic" is meant to be a simplified, basic version of cPanel.

That said, I agree that it would be nice for it to display "PRIME" on both the Basic and x3 control panels for prime members

As for the forum issue, the system should have given you a prime account status; there has been some work going on with the forums recently. In any case, I'll pass that along.

Thanks for the reply, I understand and yes it would be nice if the control panels showed the status but do you know why it shows 'Prime' instead of basic on some pages like in the images I posted above?

The basic isn't representing your level, it's representing the simplicity of the custom control panel.

Yeah, I understand that I was just wondering why it sometimes replaces 'Basic' with 'Prime'?

Looks like a possible coding bug; the ones you screencapped that show x10Hosting Basic are all the front-end we made, while the ones that say x10Hosting Prime are all the header on cPanel that we made:

Not actually sure if that was intentional or not but that certainly looks to be what happened (code different between our full panel and just the header); I'll ping an IM for them to peek at it when they get a chance, but it'll get marked as a low-priority fix just due to the nature of it not actually preventing the panel from working
