Prime and Staff Banners

The Prime banner looks more like the Staff banner should. Subconsciously, when I see a large red banner, I think Admin. However when I see a small blue banner, I hardly notice it until I get to looking.

In this case, staff have a ribbon around their avatar too, so that's an easy way to tell staff vs not staff. I know the prime banner is supposed to be more vivid so it stands out, but perhaps someone else can clarify more on color choice here.
