Prime Level

It lists a PRIME level account which is the same level as the standard free account but without the required month community login. The cost is stated as $5.95 per year.
When I click the BUY NOW link, I go to here: https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade
but then nothing happens. That page is blank.
The footnote 4 states that I need a current free account to upgrade to this level, which I do.
How can I upgrade to this plan?

short answer - you can not

x10hosting is currently changing - updating for a while now - their program (plans and software) to upgrade free-hosting accounts
you can NOT pay to upgrade your free-hosting account to [ Prime ] or [ Illuminated ] - or pay to renew your current upgrade until x10hosting sets the 'new' software
which may not include the current [ Prime ] or [ Illuminated ] upgrades there is currently no information about when or if they will be available and what they may look like when they are available.

Then those options should be removed from the website as they create confusion
