Prime versus Premium

I did signed up for free hosting with X10 because it looks great and good testimonials on the internet.

But when i got my site up and running, experience a lot of timeouts and trouble...

Becuase it's free i know resources are limited and also support can not be the same as for paid services..
X10 has cheap plans from free to premium.

I did choose to go for Prime to see if and upgrade did solve the problems...
After the upgrade everything went down.... (free hosting incl prime clients....)

I wonder if upgrading to premium gives better results... and does anyone know if i choose to upgrade to premium at this point i can get the (little) money spend on prime as a refund??

I hope the problems can be solved soon...

Prime wouldn't have done anything to stop the site from going down. Illuminated is an upgrade which would of helped because you're then on a different cluster of free servers which are less crowded and have other benefits as well.

If you want to pay more, for a much better quality service, x10Premium is the way to go. I've used Premium and it was fantastic. Very fast support via tickets, constantly fast server, never went down.
