How many privileges need to view any thing with out redirectiong to privileges insufficent page ?

Howdy;
Can you be a little more specific about what part of the forums or forum topics you are having difficulty viewing?
You should be able to "view" posts in most forums, however only users with higher ranks and the associated privileges can respond to posts in free hosting.
