probelm login in

I cannot log in to my account i get the following error.

Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

I have tried many times. I can log in but i cannot view the my account section.

wow, like a month ago. I apologize for the inactivity. Maybe its been suspended?

I doubt its been deleted because i can't register a new account at http://x10hosting.com/hosting it says "An Error Has Occurred
You already have a hosting account, use it." If it was deleted, i don't mind starting from scratch, again.

What type of account did you have, and if you know, what server were you on?

Looks like your account is gone. If it was suspended for 10 days or more without any action it would have automatically been terminated.

You can re-signup for an account but you must go to http://x10hosting.com/logoff first.
