Yea, but i m going to www.paypal.com or www.rapidshare.com then i redirect me to this 'Account Suspended' Page i don't know what to do?

What do you mean by "I'm going to..." ?

Are you clicking on a link somewhere?

Are you entering the url into the address bar?

As been mentioned, you might have some infection in your browser.

Hello,

First: paypal & rapidshare are not hosted in x10, for this reason the Address of each one works
independent of your hosting account. There isn't relation betwen x10 and the other sites.

The only way is if you have a frame in your site framing those sites (paypal and rapidshare), in this case when you go to: yousite.x10hosting.com/framepaypal.html (here you see the paypal frame) you'll get the suspended page, also is the same case of rapidshare frame, this is considered fraud (or pishing)

But for now, this isn't your case, your account is working fine for me and the paypal and rapidshare address are independent of x10 :)

if you are getting redirected when visiting paypal your computer is most likely be infected by virus/malware. Run a virus scan

Go to www.malwarebytes.org and download the application. If you need the Installer because you can't visit the website let me know and I'll grab it for you.

Also, check over every DNS setting (including in the network settings and in your router if you have one) as if you're running default passwords on those, DNS Hijackers tend to mess with those.

What is in the address bar at this point, and what is the website URL that comes up when you right click in the page backgorund and choose either Properties (IE and (I think) Opera) or View Page Info (Firefox)?

OMG in my pc was found 130 viruses/malwares

Get rid of those viruses and Paypal/Rapidshare should work again. You probably had a virus that edited the registry so all outgoing requests to websites were redirected to a scam page. x10Hosting administration likely found that scam page and suspended it (because apparently it was hosted on our servers), so instead of being forwarded to the malicious site the virus wanted you to go to, you were going to an account suspended site.
