Problem accessing the cpanel

Hello, Is there any way to access the cpanel on port 80, because my network's firewall blocks all ports with the exception of 80, 443 and 8080, and unfortunately can not change anything about it.
Could I be able to access the cpanel style http://cpanel.x10hosting.com?
Please help me, because for now I'm using net2ftp to upload files, and worst of all I have to go for uploading files shares due to the maximum limit of file size

Hello,

There is currently no option to access cPanel using port 80.
