Problem after upgrading

After upgrading stoli i added remote host and at the wp-config.php of my wordpress i have set host name as you said. Database is ok but its showing

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/mushfiq/public_html/voospace.com/wp-blog-header.php on line 18

Have you added stoli.x10hosting.com in tha remote host and mysql.x10hosting.com in your scripts?
