Problem at my site

I can not have access to my cpanel and my site say account suspended but the site have no reason top be suspened...my cpanel name mcstefan and site www.grtv.us

If you have contacted support at clients.x10hosting.com they will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Staff is very busy at the current time and support requests are usually responded to in order received.
Be patient. They will help you as soon as possible.

yes but my site is down 1 week and i pay for this server...

I understand your frustration, but your paid hosting support ticket will be attended to as quickly as possible by the paid hosting account staff.

I have requested staff to unsuspend your account.
