Goodmorning,

Since one week, I am redirected to the page

cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

My web address is http://un-cinema.elementfx.com/
This part is not accessible.

But, I can go to http://un-cinema.elementfx.com/category/tout-le-cinema/

My sub-domain are not accessible either. Namely:
http://catalog.un-cinema.elementfx.com/

Have you any idea of the problem?

Thank you in advance

PS : I\'m french

Hello,

Please clear your browser cache and flush your DNS, then try again.

Hello

Yes, I know the technique, but I've already flushed my cache DNS.

And, I'm always redirected on cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
What I must do now ?

Thanks

Hello,

Have you cleared your browser cache, then restarted your browser, then flushed your DNS? The site loads fine for me, so there's a caching issue with your end somewhere.

Thanks.

I can try again. I think, I've flushed, the DNS cache (with the cmd commande), but maybe, I had not clear the browser cache.
How I clear the cache, please ?

Thanks.

FireFox:
Top menu bar: Tools
Then: Clear Recent History

Check just "Cache" and "Browsing & Download History"

Click "Clear Now"
