Problem changing cPanel password

Hello, I am trying to change the cPanel password on my account from within the account panel but I get an error that the answer the the question does not match that stored with my account. I know I am answering the question correctly so I don't know what is wrong.

I may have deleted an important file by mistake when I was cleaning up my web space, I deleted the cPanal folder which regenerated after logging back onto cPanel.

From the description you provided us of your problem, it seems like you are having difficulties answering your security question, which is necessary to reset your password. I am going to escalate this ticket up to an account manager so he or she can manually reset your password for you.
