Problem configuring domain

When i signed up the system gave me a .x10hosting.com subdomain. I have my own domain so I set my main domain as it via https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting. I then changed it back to the subdomain and added it as a addon domain in cpanel but it wouldn't let me (It says its already configured). Now it won't let me add it at https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting (it gives error 1E9F63B0).

Did you point the nameserevs to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

Yeah on the domain register they are set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

What is domain name you are trying to add ?
