Problem connecting to FTP account and accessing website

I am unable to connect to the web address or through FTP account to upload the website.


My domain was changed to x10.mx


Here are the account details:


Site Address: jch02140.x10.mx
Error Message: Connection Timeout. Could not connect to server.
Program Use: Filezilla
FTP Account: Main


I can log into my Account Portal and cPanel, just not FTP and accessing the site

For URL [ jch02140.x10.mx ] - I see a IP of [ 69.175.104.34 ] as the DNS - 'A' record

it should be one of these - if your account is on a free-hosting server

Absolut IP: 198.91.81.2
Level IP: 198.91.81.3
Vox IP: 198.91.81.4

IF you can get into cPanel try this...

cPanel --> [ Advanced DNS Zone Editor ]

Reset Zone File --> [ more ]

Put check in front of "Are you sure..."

Click on [ Reset Zone File]

It will take some time for the 'Internet' to reset
