Problem connecting to FTP server

I can not log into my FTP server off my computer. When on Team view with a friend I attempted to log in and it was suspenseful but no such luck on my computer. The Control Panel also works fine. Any help please?

Hello!
Right anywhere on the blank page after getting the error and then use "login as" with your cpanel username/password.
You may also map it as a network drive.

Tried that, it just make a clicking noise and stays at the blank page.

You may use FileZilla instead as it is a far better alternative.
Also, check your firewall for blocked ports.
Are you using Windows Vista or 7 ?
