I can access forums.x10hosting.com, when i try to access it, it says...

vBulletin Message x10 is moving to a new server. This will take a few hours, we will be back once the move is complete.

At the moment im using a proxy. but when i am accessing x10 forums without proxy it says that message. i asked my friends and they said everything was fine. is it only in my country?

Possibly. x10 was moving recently to new servers. It could be the servers between x10 and you haven't quite caught up.
