problem in connecting by internet from my Dell Laptop

hi,

I have Dell Inspiron 15 7000. I Purchased this laptop to play online multiplayer games in Feb of this year.

In March month I updated my windows 10. After the update, my System starts having problem-related to Internet Connection.

Even After Connecting to Wifi it shows "NO INTERNET".

I dialled Dell Support they analysed my computer and told me My laptop is working fine.



So my question is that who is responsible for this?

Did Dell analyze your computer remotely? If so, it's connected to the Internet.

they could have had the OP enter commands on the keyboard/screen while on the phone
