Problem in cpanel

I am unable to login to cpanel on first try....ususally it taked 3-4 tries to login.... (I am entering the correct password)

Then when I click on some icon...I am redirected to login page.
After this when i went to file manager, it gave me data error and when i clicked on upload files....
it gave code of html file in alert window. After I closed it, and clicked on upload files again...--> again login --> sent me to file upload page..... --> click on back to file manager --> again login page........:nuts:

can anybody tell me what it the problem..... is it that i am behind an authenticated proxy... (I am a college student).....but it should not matter...:dunno:

(I had this problem last time too...so i got my account deleted and re created my account.....)

Hi,

The college proxy shouldn't be a problem. Clear your browser cache and flush dns then try again. Try in another browser like opera.

If still the problem persists then post back.

Problem Persists......
Tries in opera/chrome/firefox/safe-mode firefox

flushed dns...... tried everything.......

I have the same problem on stoli, with the cpanel

I have also posted, but the thread was closed without any reply...
