Problem installing PhpBB forum.

Dear, x10hosting

For some reason I cannot install phpBB forums on this account. As soon as I use Fantistico De Luxe on my cPanel using phpBB it asks me to delete a folder: php_html or something like that. After I delete this folder it successfully installs it but says with alot of errors, I try running the website and it does not launch and comes up with another error. :dunno: I'm trying all I can but i'm not a website expert and I dont know all the professional stuff I cannot fix.

P.S: After I delete the SQL database and attempt another run on phpBB it and fill out the info. it says
The installation can not be completed:

- You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.

Hope someone can help me

You appear to have deleted your public_html folder, the one where all your files go. If you didn't have anything important on your account, I'd personally advise you to just remove your hosting account and start over (only staff can do this, I can do it for you now if you like; just post back). I would also gladly install phpBB3 for you if would like me to? Please post back as soon as you can .

Thanks Luke, i've really needed a website for a long time and at least I have professional help. If it doesn't bother you could you please do that for me and I would be really happy. By the way I have no clue on what cPanel is, i'm just following the instructions it tells me . I understand how to create websites but really have no clue on how to use these things. phpBB3 is quite simple but hard to install, this is where I need help.

I created your public_html folder.
There should be directions to installing phpbb on their website.
