Problem Installing Wordpress

I followed the instructions to upload the WordPress files, but when I go to run the installed I get:
"404 Not Found

The server can not find the requested page:
www.cgrim.x10.mx/wp-admin/install.php (port 80)
Please forward this error screen to www.cgrim.x10.mx's WebMaster."

Please help!

It is working fine for me

Flush DNS, Clear browser cache and try again.
