problem installing

fopen is not disabled. Some uses of it are, mainly those dealing with remote files.

cURL is an alternative that often works as a replacement.

Thank you for your reply, however I'm not sure what to do with the info you provided.

The fopen message i posted was what the ocportal instant transfer gave me when I attempted to install it, so as far as I can tell, if I can't enable fopen, I can't install ocportal.

How would I go about using cURL to install?
