Problem linkin forum account

My domain is webnetics.x10hosting.com and account user name is webnetics and cpanel user is webnetic. When i login to my account on the homepage of x10hosting it says to link accounts with cpanel user name. So i put in webnetic but it says:

An Error Has Occurred
The account specified is missing it's contact email address, this could be caused by one of two things: Either the account does not have a contact email address set, or our backend system has not updated yet. Updates to the backend occur every few hours.

Please try again in a few minutes.

I've already updated my contact email two days ago in the cpanel of user webnetic. please help me to link my accounts.

Please PM me your Cpanel name, which package you have ( Ad-Free / Ad-Enhanced ) and your e-mail address and I will look into this for you.

something similar to this is happening to me when the link account window shows up i type in my username and yet it says it's not the correct account name any solutions?

my user name is hitman16 and it's ad-enhanced.
