Problem linking account

I think I entered the wrong email account when I signed up for my hosting account so I never recieved the 2 emails for that. Now I can log in with the username and password that I chose but after that I can only get to a page that asks me to link my hosting account name with my forum account name. I used the same username and password but this always says the user does not exist. The username is: RebelDad

Hosting account "rebeldad" doesn't exist on our servers, and there are no records that it has ever existed.
Sign up for a new account.

What account information did you use to signup with, what's your domain name, and hosting type? (ad-free, or ad-enhanced) Because I can't find a hosting account, RebelDad.

I tried to signup with the same information and here is the result

Hosting account username entered is already in use, please choose another.

I chose the Ad-Free account type I chose the domain of ExoFire.net

send him the information in private message, by clicking on his nickname. Send him username, domain name, password, email address, and hosting type. (You can copy and paste your welcome email which has all of this in it.)
