Hi,
I created a forum account
parkourindia
yesterday for the purpose of creating a new free hosting account with x10 for a new website we're making.
However, on Step 4 of the account creation process (I had already created the forum account first), where it asks you to supply your forum login credentials if you've already got an account, it just wouldn't accept my newly created forum account's username or password.
I tried logging into the forums themselves with the same credentials, and could login fine. But even after a lot of tries, the hosting account form wouldn't accept those creds.
So finally I had to give up, and had to temporarily supply the forum creds of my other account, this one.
If possible, I would like to have my hosting account's linked forum account changed from this one (parkourmumbai) to my new one (parkourindia), because this new account won't be accessed by me but by another person not connected to our first website.
My second issue is this:
This forum account (parkourmumbai) used to have a free hosting account linked to it, but we moved to a premium hosting service later on, so we don't have any hosting accounts linked to it right now (and neither do I have to login every 2 weeks on this one either).
When I temporarily assigned my newly created hosting account yesterday to this forum account, it seems to have gotten created on lotus allright, and I can login to my x10Hosting Account Management System using the login credentials of this forum account, and it shows me the new hosting account's details.
However, I cannot login to cpanel yet on this new account, using either the forum login creds, or the cpanel login creds that were selected by me while creating the new account.
Is this normal? I mean, does this account take some more time to get fully created before I can login to my cpanel, or was there some problem creating the account?
Could an account manager please look into this matter and get back to me?
Thanks and Regards.
