Problem loggin in ...

Today when I attempted logging into my a/c the following message appears -

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

1st of all my a/c is not Ad-Enhanced.

2ndly, even after entering my cPanel username, it says -

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

I can't even log into my cPanel.

Please help me.

How it's possible TechAsh? I last accessed my a/c just 3 days ago and it was all fine! There was no suspensoin at all! I'm really disappointed

Whatsoever may be the reason, every a/c holder should be notified via email at least before his/her a/c is deleted.

It's so sad for me...

On what server was your account?

Since my a/c is (was?) adFree, it should be on one of the adFree Servers absolut or cossacks (or may be on lotus); I can't recall.
