im getting this problem when trying to logon to my account

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Just be patient if your primary domain is .x10hosting.com. If not change it to this and you will find lots of glitches gone.
