Problem Logging In Via FTP Client

I have FileZilla and I have downloaded the my configuration file from my CPanel. Now the problem is when I try to connect I get the following logs:

Resolving address of ftp.mydomain.co.cc
Status: Connecting to 184.154.58.130:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Could not read from socket: ECONNRESET - Connection reset by peer
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Could not read from socket: ECONNRESET - Connection reset by peer
Error: Could not connect to server

And if I try another time then this these messages comes:

Response: 421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
Error: Could not connect to server

What's the problem?
