problem login

I have a problem. My account was suspended, but now it unsupended. But I cannot get access cpanel, ftp also is not connected. And on a site my pages are not displayed.
My data
cpanel Username: saymon
Domain: saymag.pcriot.com
Hosting Package: Corporate
E-mail: johnson.stalker@gmail.com
Though when I come http://x10hosting.com/account shows that I hosting completely works.

I see you ftp'd in yesterday and allyour previous successful ftps I looked at were from the same IP, now suddenly you have a different IP and failed to login..

Do you perhaps have a saved session in some ftp app at home and are now somewhere else? do remember your hosting account and forum account may have different passwords as well as different usernames, all passwords are case sensitive.

I enter the correct password and username. Yesterday I had no access to ftp as my account was suspended. I cannot come even in cpanel. I know that I enter the correct password and username. But I do not understand in what a problem?
