this site's is down... the database mysql is off and http off
www.amicichat.pcriot.com is down
www.amicichat.pcriot.com/forum is not present

please help

Are you on the stoli server? If so, stoli is undergoing upgrades to its MySQL, all the SQL databases, around 5GB worth are being transfered to a new server, this should make the server faster, if you are on another server other than stoli, i have also noticed cossacks and absolut were down a few minutes ago when i checked them. I'm not sure why, but i'm sure they will be back soon.
