Problem occur during download the games

Hello,
When I Start A Nintendo DS Lite, It Has Spot For DS Download Play. I Download Games,but Does Anyone Know How It Works? Do You Have To Be Connected To The Internet or another DS? Please tell me what should i do.

DS Download Play is a term used for several of the varying multiplayer games available (Mario Kart does it for sure, Metroid Prime Hunters might), as well as "Demo Kiosks" in some Bestbuy and Walmart stores.

For the multiplayer games, 1 of your gaming group has to have the original cartridge; when starting a multiplayer game they select single-card-play, which will begin broadcasting a signal from their DS that there is a multiplayer game available, and there's a download for the game so if you don't have it, you can still play.

For the Demo Kiosks, same thing, cept there's no multiplayer game going - it's just sending Demos to the DS's.

One final note on Download Play - not all multiplayer games support single-card-play; a good number of them require all players to own a copy of the game.
