Problem Re registering

I signed up for free hosting with x10hosting.com and made a domain as swanenterprise.pcriot.com. I completed all the steps for registration. I also got a confirmatory e-mail. But when i tried to log in I got a message that the user name, which i used for signing is not available. So I tried re-registering but during re-registration I am getting an error that the e-mail address is in use.

Please let me know how do I re-register keeping the information same as used during my first signing up.
