Problem redirection to default web site page

I have a problem accessing my website www.protectionmvp.com that was working before the server upgrades.
What I get is redirection to a default page http://www.protectionmvp.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
I have not made any changes at all (including changes to Namesservers).

I have flushed dsn, browser cache but the problem is still there..

Please help.

It's been a day and I am still waiting for someone to assist me.
I checked addon domains and protectionmvp.com doesn't how up.
I tried to add it and it says that it's already configured.

I also used file manager to ensure all the files needed for protectionmvp.com are still there.

Is this a problem with the addon domain records?

Please help, site has been down for a couple of weeks now!

It looks like there is a problem with the domain addons, but I will have to wait for an admin/support to provide some assistance.

Can anyone help. I just checked again. Site has been down since end of June.

The issue may be in .htacess of just a result of the server migration.

Please help.

I can access mvp.x10hosting.com/protectionmvp.com, but not protectionmvp.com.

The addon domains do not show any domains there. I will need assistance from support staff.

Try to avoid bumping your topic; every time you bump it, it sends it to the back of the queue and delays the staff seeing it even more.

You can resolve this problem by re-adding your domain via cPanel.
