Problem: This Account Has Been Suspended

Hi

I un-suspended my account by logging into my Account portal a few days ago and it says "Your account is active and ready for use." However, when I try to access my main page (amtech.x10.mx), it still comes out with an error message that thisaccounthasbeensuspended. It hasbeen a few days already. I figured the error would resolve on its own but since it hasn't, here I am.

Try it now, clear your browser cache and history first. Sometimes the system needs an additional kick.
