Problem to link account with forum account

Hi,

I registered a few days ago, and never could log to the cPanel.
Hosting account is bettas, forum user is bettaslpendide. I tried with both usernames, with ou without capital letters, tried another password... Doesn't work ! I am able to log for account managing, can see that I am on absolut.

I saw someone creating a new account and it worked, so I did.
Hosting account = betta, forum account = bettasplendide, but I get stuck to the linking both accounts phase.

Which of those usernames do I use for the cPanel ?

I don't see your cPanel account linked.

Can I have the username & domain you registered with.

Domain registered with : x10hosting

This one won't let me link my forum account, says username does not exist.

I would like to delete the account wich is named bettas on xhosting too.

Linking is done automatically. It doesn't look like your acccount was ever created. You need to make sure you confirm your hosting sign-up.

It says both account usernames don't exist when asking to resend confirmation email, and I did that... Will try signing up again, but already did that...

Old Account name : Bettas, x10hosting, absolut
Old Forum username : bettaslpendide

Problem : Can't loggin with cPanel (Which username should I use bettas and bettaslpendide don't work ?

New hosting account : betta, x10hosting, no clue abour server
Forum username : bettasplendide
Problem : Username doesn't exist when trying to link to a forum account, with either usernames, bettasplendide or betta.

Is the account creation process is running now or is the upgrade still ongoing ?

For forum username try using BettaSplendide

Thanks, forgot I was on a Unix based, just tried, but still get the error on the panel for linking accounts.

Corey, you said it was automatic, but there is actually a step for linking accounts when you successfully login into mangement panel for the first time... This is where I am stock, An Error Has Occurred

Also tried Betta with capital B being at it, but it didn't work either !

That step is only shown if it sees you don't have an account linked. Any accounts created after August are automatically linked though so your account must not have been created.

If it was created you should have received a hosting welcome Email, (Not the forum welcome Email). If you did receive that please forward it to me corey[@]x10hosting.com .

If you signed up again today or yesterday we've been performing maintenance and sign-ups are being put into a queue to be created later.

I will look for the confirmation emails.

I created I new account just now and the subdomain was still avaible, so you are probably right, the account was probably never create, but I can log into the management pannel with my forum username/password... Weird... I think I will wait you start the creation of new accounts to se what happens...

And I registered for those accounts about 3 days ago, and there were already a lot of posts about problems...

Just sent a confirmation email I received to your email adress.

I got created again, got the mail, the account is corretly linked to the forum account, I can log in the hosting management panel and see that all is fine, but I still get "Login attempt failed" with cPanel with both user names (betta, bettasplendide).

Tried again this morning and got the "Login attempt failed" again, for both usernames I try. I asked a password recovery for both usernames, and never received a mail.

Hosting account : betta@x10hosting
Forum account : BettaSplendide
Server : Absolut

I reset your pass and PMd you. I have verified that this pass works by logging in with the info in the PM.
