I just created an hosting account zw1080. But when I click on Hosting button on the top bar, it says I don\\\'t have a hosting account. Also, when I use Filezilla to ftp, I use x10hosting.com or zw1080.x10hosting.com using my zw1080 and email address as user name, login fails in either way. Please help.

Hi zw1080 and welcome to x10hosting!
If you are trying to log into your account panel, it will not work right now while it is being upgraded. This issue will be resolved as soon as possible once the upgrades are done.
FTP Details:
Host: ftp.zw1080.x10hosting.com (or without ftp.)
Username: zw1080@zw1080.x10hosting.com
Password: Your cPanel Password (might be different from forum)
Port: 21
