Problem to send email

Hi, When i try to send email, everything appear correct but the message isn't receive. I open email Trace, that's the result: SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<...>: host 198.91.80.251 [198.91.80.251]: 421 4.3.2 Service shutting down, closing channel Somebody can help me?
