Problem upgrading

Hi,
I would like to upgrade to avoid having to logon monthly.
However when I choose the 'Illiminated' or 'Prime' upgrade options on https://xo4.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess0658814507/frontend/basic/index.live.php?/upgrade - I get an error message. This has occurred for several months.

Can someone advise of these will ever be offered and how to avail of them?

AFAIK, that doesn't work. Sign-up for an account on https://x10premium.com/ they will transfer the content for free.
