problem when logging into X10 account

When I log in to X10 Hosting it says this message:


An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

It is just another error from all of the maintenance going on here. View This post here and everything should be cleared up. Just wait until all of the updates are completed.

Your problem is due to the work going on in the servers. You need to wait until all the issues have been resolved. Please read the News And Announcements section for more details.
