Problem while logging in to C- Panel

Hi,
When I tried to log in to the Control Panel with the user name and password of my free hosting account,
I get error message : " Login attempt failed"
My details are as under :
User name : hkbhatt87
domain : http://sairam.x10hosting.com:2082
I have added 2082 to enter into the c-panel.
So please help me out with the above problem and suggest me how can i log in to c-panel.

User name: hbhatt8 (no 7)
domain: http://sairam.x10hosting.com/cpanel (same as 2082, but that link gets converted better)
