Problem with a mail acount

I create the mail account "caucas@caucas.x10.mx" and I can send messages, but I can't receive mails in this direction. Making the Test Filter in the Account Level Filtering I see this direction "caucas@chopin.x10hosting.com" and using this direction I can receive mail in the previous account.

Any solution for my problem?
