Resolved Problem with Access to cPanel or DirectAdmin

Hello, thank you for your replies. We still cannot access cPanel or DirectAdmin.
This error message appears: "Sign in Successful Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account. An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry"
Then we get back to the page with the cPanel button.
The suggested page https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222 doesn't load.
Cache has been deleted.
Could you please check if the account has been transferred correctly, as you have suggested in other threads/posts?

It wouldn't be a problem with transfer; it would probably be an IP block. Does your website load normally for you?

Its removing cookies (session cookies that relates to x10 specifically) that are the key usually, cache may or may not be needed, as there would be a cookie that holds the information used for the login with DirectAdmin.

There's nothing with the account itself that would be an issue and your IP is not currently blocked either
