I registered a .co.cc domain, set it's name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

When I visit the domain, the set-up is finished and it shows a cPanel page (the green one), so I know it's pointing to the nameservers correctly.

However, when I go into my cPanel and try and add the domain in the Add-on domains section, I get this error:

Error from domain wrapper: .dgaming.exofire.net could not be modified because it does not resolve to a valid IP address. Please ask the system admin to check their resolv.conf and their dns trust relationship Ignore any messages of success this can only result in failure!

Can someone help me with this please?

TIA

forgive me for asking, but are you putting .dgaming.exofire.net or dgaming.exofire.net

dgaming.exofire.net is the original domain that was created when I signed up for the account about 3 years ago.

I am trying to add the domain "www.kassixthform.co.cc" to the add-on domains list.

Is this screenshot below your website? Your domain is pointing towards x10Hosting's Lotus server. For what I know I'm not aware of any issues with domains on Lotus, but if reapplying your domain settings in cPanel doesn't fix anything up, a staff member will need to take a look at things.

Yeah, that's my site.

I'll try re-configuring all the domain settings in cPanel.

OK. If it still doesn't work and spits up the same error, we can escalate this topic to Staff.

I just tryed removing another already applied add-on domain, and it threw an error. Whe nI returned to the list of domains, it wasn't there. However, I can't add it back now.

So now, not only can I not add a domain, but I've lost one too.

OK, I'll escalate this topic to staff since it seems as though they need to correct this for you.
