Problem with Addon Domain

Hi,

My site www.online-radio-station-guide.info was recently suspended. Upon unsuspension, I could not access my index.html. Instead it showed an Apache page.

I could login into the cpanel using my id goldblue and upon checking the Addon Domain , the domain was not there. So I proceed to add it .

However , I enountered this error message
"Error from park wrapper: online-radio-station-guide.info is already configured"

Could someone kindly shed some light into this ? My site has been down for the past few days due to suspension and I really appreciate if someone could help me resolve this issue.

I fixed some entries, you should be able to re-add it now.

Hi Corey,

I tried adding the domain online-radio-station-guide.info again but this time I got a different error :

"Error from park wrapper: online-radio-station-guide.info is owned by another user. " !

Could you kindly help, please.

Changed some more settings, try now.

Hi Corey,

I managed to add the domain online-radio-station-guide.info . Thank you.

However, when i try to access http://www.online-radio-station-guide.info, instead of displaying my index.html, it showed me a page that said that "Thi account has been suspended"

Thats strange as my account has just been unsuspended and when I checked on the suspension page, it said that my account was not suspended!

Could you please help again?
