problem with adEnhanced Server (stoli)

Hi!
I am using adEnhanced Server (stoli) and I am getting a lot of problem with it from a week....it get offline after every 1-2 hour then again get online in 4-5 min.

Now my site is not opening from 1/2 hour..
I see status of server in this forum it is showing online but when I checked it in my account it is showing all service are offline....My site is still not opening even after 1/2 hour..please help me out

We are aware of the outages. Currently there isn't much that we can do about them except restart whatever stopped working and suspend abusive users.

If it takes longer than 10 minutes, the server is either rebooting or there isn't a administrator available.

what is this???again server is down for more than 2 hours??
I was thinking that x10hosting is best service but these days I think it is more time down as compared to up!!

Can anyone please tell me what is basic problem there??
I am very much fan of x10hosting but these problem are creating negative impression on us.....

please please please please tell us the problem so that we can compromise with u people if u are passing through a genuine problem..

The honest truth of the matter is there are far to many accounts on the server Stoli. We remove inactive/illegal accounts where we can and as Chris said we suspend abusive members and those that hog resources.
