Problem with connecting to MySql database

hi!
I have a problem with connecting to MySql database:
"Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL"
Site is on Joomla.

I've already checked that my database is created and user has appropriate access to it.
Also I've checked settings of joomla.

Could anyone help me with this?

Now the problem changed:

website started to work, but I can't access PhpMyAdmin from CPanel.
It says: Wrong username/password. Access denied.

Does anyone know what to do in this situation?
