problem with Cpanel on unsuspended account

I created new thread that my account is suspended http://forums.x10hosting.com/suspended-accounts/45951-unsuspension-request-schopen.html
and after your intervention it seems to be unsuspended.

The problem is that still I can't login to cPanel and after I put my url into a browser there is information about suspended account.

I have one more problem with this account. There is permament redirection to http://cossacks.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ which I can't delete.
I answered "yes" for redirection delete question but it's still active.
